Leek and Potato Soup

Lunch today was scrummy with my favourite Leek & Potato soup. Asda has the New Covent Garden on special at the moment at 99p which I must admit is one of my favourites. One of those cartons does me for lunch two days on the run … so guess what I have for lunch tomorrow :)

It appears that Leek & Potato soup is the way to a man’s heart according to Coronation Street as good old Ken Barlow has been enticed by Martha Fraser’s home made Leek & Potato soup. I’ve tried making it myself but it never tastes as good as the New Covent Garden ones! Anyway who would want to share their Leek & Potato soup :)
